Anti-evolution people can I take 5 min of your time please?

scientists have in fact observed species evolve, we humans have been evolving for thousands of years, we have organs that we no longer use and are not needed today, 3000 years ago the average man was about 5 ft tall, today its 6 ft, shoes size was about 5-6 today its 12, our hair-the color of our skin-our brains have all changed and evolved into something it wasn't 3000 years ago, the only thing christians will say about this is that its change to adapt, but isn't that what evolution is?
