How bad does this sound?

I was upstairs and the front door rang and it was my Dad I wanted to make something up quickly because I wasn't dressed appropriately any my Dad shouted from outside HURRY UP AND OPEN THE DOOR. so I said Im in the toilet not too loud outside of my bathroom window. Then I realised that, that might of sounded distasteful but I had to think of something quickly to stop him shouting again. Do you think me saying that made me sound bad. I don't want to be viewed in a low light by others in my area but I couldn't think of anything to say. How do you think that made me look by saying that?
