I now have a B.A. and still working at the dry cleaners I've been with since I was 17. Should I move on?

I started out as a counter person for a dry cleaners when I was 17. 10 years later, I'm still there. A lot has happened during my tenure as an employee. I graduated high school, switched departments, and graduated from college. Even though I now have a degree I am still there. There is no room for advancement since all the supervisors are related to the owner in some way. My co-workers are all city thugs with criminal records and 8th grade educations. I feel I could do a lot better career wise, but at the same time, I fear change and this is a job I know how to do. I fear starting all over and learning something new. Even though I don't make near enough to support a family, it is easy money that requires no brain activity. Lol...should I move on?
