What are some decent paying jobs with short term certification?

I am a 48 year old woman who is a bookkeeper. Desperately in need of a change and/or advancement in career to better provide for my family. Looking for ideas for opportunities with certification that does not take too long. If anyone has any ideas they would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all in advance for your input.
